Underarm Fat
A common problem where a female complaints about presence of a lump in one or both under arms. Usually starts in puberty but also common after pregnancy.
Symptoms:
Painless or sometimes a painful, soft lump in the axilla.
Investigation of Choice:
Ultrasound
FNAC
Treatment: Is usually surgical. Can be done as a liposuction but risk of injuring major vessels and nerves is there.

The scar is usually hidden in the skin creases and the patient gains a normal contour in a months time.
PATIENT is usually discharged to home on the same day or the next morning.
